Big, sparkly Hessonite garnet ovals are the centerpiece of these bold earrings! They're accented by trillions of neon blue apatite and hung from super-sturdy ear wires. Because I love a heavy ear wires that really supports the earrings and does not stretch your ear hole, I use 20g solid sterling silver.

These are statement earrings: they hang 1 3/4" from the ear! The widest point is 9/16" at the bottom. The backs are solid so the stones get a lot of light from the silver they are set against.

I would call these medium weight earrings. If you've got sensitive lobes, they may not be right for you -- and I apologize! I wanted a big, bold and vibrant look.
